Your website can start a chat or request a telephone callback. It connects to the active Routing Service. The website provides the form and display; myContactCenter handles the conversation and distributes it to agents.

The interfaces use ASP.NET Core SignalR. The endpoints are /chatHub,
/callbackHub and /acdHub. webChatHub and webCallbackHub are listed
here as search terms; use the actual endpoints in connection code.
This integration does not require changes to the manual’s HTML pages. The examples belong in your own website. Replace the example address and the skill and language values with those of your installation.
