Email sending
On the Email send configuration tab, you define how myContactCenter sends emails: replies from agents and flows, voicemails by email, emails for alarms, automatic reports and Feedback to ilogixx. They are sent by the Routing Service. A skill can have its own values, see Email system; anything missing there comes from here.

If an agent attaches a larger file, the Agent reports Email attachment is too big. The field does not limit the total size of an email.
Testing
- Under Test email addresses, enter an address to which the test email should go, and press Enter.
- Click Test.
myContactCenter uses the values entered to send an email with the subject Test Email and reports Smtp Test: with Successful or Failed and the reason. Your Administration remembers the test addresses. With Test always, it sends a test email every time the server configuration is opened.
Address books
On the Address books tab, you define which contacts agents are offered when dialing and writing emails:
- Use local Outlook address book — Each Agent reads the contacts from the Outlook on its computer when it starts. Outlook must be installed there.
- Use PBX address book — The server reads the phone book of the phone system, immediately and then every hour, and distributes it to all Agents. This is only available with SwyxWare and SwyxON; with other phone systems, the server reports Address book is empty.
On the right, the tab shows how many entries the address book has, in total and per source. The change takes effect immediately after saving.
