The shape identifies an item or action; its color may indicate the current state. The same color can mean different things for different symbols. A green person can indicate a busy agent, while a green service symbol indicates an operational service.
| Legend | Contents |
|---|---|
| Agents and availability | person, wrapup, activity, connection and taskbar symbols |
| Conversations | telephone, chat, email, fax and their state colors |
| Administration | skills and services |
| Commands | common editing and telephony actions |
The shapes come from the product SVG resources. Status colors deliberately remain unchanged in the manual’s dark mode; replacing them with the accent color would change their meaning. Neutral command symbols follow the manual text color. Their appearance in the application can also depend on the selected interface theme.
