Export To is on the right of the title bar of the dashboard and in the header of every item. The export contains what the dashboard currently shows, with the selected filters.

The settings
Before saving, a window shows the settings. Export saves, Reset restores the defaults; then you choose where to save the file.

Image: Image Format:, Show Title:, Title:, Resolution (dpi): — the default 96 is enough for the screen; for printing and presentations, choose more — and Include:.
Excel: Excel Format: XLSX or XLS, for single items also CSV; Include: with Position: Below or Separate Sheet.
