This manual describes how to use and set up myContactCenter. It follows the structure of the product: each program and each major area of the Administration has its own chapter. The introduction you are reading now explains the relationships and terms on which all other chapters build.
Finding something
Search. The search at the top of every page searches the entire manual in the selected language. Open it by clicking the search box, with Ctrl+K or with the / key. If a search term matches a particular section, the result takes you straight there. Use the arrow keys to select a result and Enter to open it.
Sidebar. All chapters are listed on the left. The chapter of the current page is expanded; you open the others with the arrow next to their name. On narrow screens, you reach the sidebar with the button with the three lines at the top left.
On this page. Longer pages show their sections on the right. The section you are currently reading is highlighted.
Previous and Next. At the end of every page, you can go to the previous and the next page. This lets you read a chapter from beginning to end.
Conventions

Numbered lists are steps in the order in which you carry them out. Bulleted lists have no fixed order.
Graphics instead of screenshots
The manual does not show screenshots. The user interface of myContactCenter can be customized in color, layout and scope — so a screenshot rarely shows exactly what you see in front of you. Where a relationship needs a picture, a graphic explains it.
Appearance and language
With the button at the far right of the header, you switch between automatic, light and dark appearance. Automatic follows the setting of your system. Your browser remembers your choice.
As soon as a page is available in several languages, the language switcher in the header switches between the versions of the same page.
For printing, the manual hides the header, sidebar and search; the content of the page remains.
