In the Administration agent context menus, Add is green and Delete is red. Read-only display of properties uses gray. Available actions depend on selection and permissions.

Telephony commands are initially gray and disabled. Their later availability depends on connection, conversation and permissions. Gray alone does not identify a conversation state for commands. See Agent symbols for the wrapup command’s specific color sequence.
