How to assign display elements to a computer with a wallboard, how long each one remains visible and when changes reach running wallboards.
A wallboard determines which display elements appear on which computer.

How a computer finds its wallboard
The Wallboard program logs in with the computer name. The server
compares it — without distinguishing between upper and lower case — with
the entries of the List of PCs.
An IP address matches if the server can resolve the computer name to this
address.
On a terminal server, all sessions get the same wallboards.
If several wallboards match a computer, it shows the display elements
of all of them one after the other, with the average of their display cycle
times, and in full screen as soon as one of them requires it.
If none matches, the program logs in but shows nothing.
When changes take effect

Computers that already use it apply the change immediately. A new wallboard or a newly entered computer only takes effect when the program logs in again — restart it.

The affected computers log in again and get the remaining matching wallboards.
The master continuously transfers wallboards and display elements to a
standby server.
